How Facebook (FB) is influencing the 2018 Election by censoring Anti-Globalist users for baseless accusations of “hate speech”

Summary:

This morning, (10/09/2018), I found my FB account suspended for 30 days (right past the November Election), for the baseless accusation of “hate speech.” And it was over a post I made nearly a year ago. It was not “hate speech” though it was an actual comment that I had made. Unlike earlier FB suspensions it is not just that I cannot comment, or post articles, for 30 days. I cannot even see my Facebook homepage or even read other peoples posts.

As you will see FB is censoring our free speech while offering no timely appeal. In effect FB is violating our 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech by taking the role of “judge, jury and executioner.” And as you will read there appears to be no timely method by which I can defend myself against this false accusation of “hate speech.” And now that FB has a user based of 3 Billion — 10 times the population of the United States — these violations of our free speech must be addressed.

Over the past several years I have written over 240 Facebook Notes that would position me as an Anti-Globalist which is my right. And just as Justice Kavanaugh was rightfully angry about accusations of “rape” and “sexual misconduct — without any corroborating evidence — I am similarly angry about being accused of “hate speech.” And I even angrier that my account has been suspended and there appears to be no way to challenge the accusation.

Why is it that we have endured 2 years of accusation of “Russian Influence” — over our elections — when Facebook is also trying to influence the elections by censoring those of us opposed to a Globalist Agenda of Open Borders, Gun Confiscation and so much more. Facebook has been stuffing our feeds with Open Borders propaganda, through FWD, for years. More recently they are stuffing our feeds with globalist propaganda through “Facebook Watch” — which now use videos to influence public opinion.

This is not about me. This is about the mass censorship of anything that challenges to Globalist Agenda: an agenda that FB wholeheartedly supports through its mass posts and the censorship of those (like me) that question it. What this is reallyy about is Mass Censorship of our 1st Amendment Right to Free Speech. This should concern everyone.

The Details of my 30 Day Suspension from Facebook:

So this morning I went to my Facebook Page. Instead of seeing my FB Page I found that I was suspended for the unfounded accusation of “hate speech.” I am completely cut off from even seeing my FB page — not just from commenting on posts appearing on my page.

Here is what appeared on my FB page:

This post goes against our Community Standards
Only you can see this post because it goes against our standards on hate speech.

{This was the post in question — from basically a year ago}

KR: Actually they look at it much like the Greeks and Roman’s did: the guy getting it in the ass is gay, the guy sticking it in the ass is not. Of course we all know the truth of the matter: they’re all a bunch of faggots. LOL.

We just saw a reminder of this in Dearborn about a month ago where a young boy was sexually hazed by other Muslim boys at Fordson High School. Thankfully the students protested this which is good. What is not good is that as Islam becomes more entrenched within a “host country” this shit just gets worse and worse in proportion to their numbers Vs the non-Muslim host populations.

This temporary block will last 30 days, and you won’t be able to post on Facebook until it’s finished.
If you post something that goes against our standards again, your account will be blocked for another 30 days.
Please keep in mind that people who repeatedly post things that aren’t allowed on Facebook may have their accounts permanently disabled.

This was a response to an article that appeared in the Detroit Free Press, nearly a year ago, where a High School Student was sexually hazed at Fordson High School whose student population is about 95% Middle Eastern and also about 95% Muslim. I know the post was a year old because I looked up the article.

=====

Having grown up in Dearborn this really concerned me. The vast majority of Muslims are great people. But in recent years we are seeing evidence of more Muslim Refugees moving in as evidence by a minority of women in Burka’s — full body coverings. I have lived in Dearborn all my life — nearly 60 years — and I had NEVER seen a woman in a full Burka till about 3 years ago. I find this concerning as it is evidence of new arrivals that are much more “orthodox” than the Lebanese Muslim population which arrived as early as the 1880’s.

Are we all Kavanaugh’s now? Are we to endure being accused of “hate speech” without ANY recourse? Is it really OK for FB to become our judge, jury and executioner with absolutely no recourse? Because that is what is happening.

Right after I found myself blocked I found a contact number for FB and made a call which was answered by a male that works in India. He said someone would call back around 8:30 and someone actually did call back about 30 minutes later. But when I picked up the phone there was dead silence despite me saying repeatedly “is there anybody out there?” After about 30″ the phone disconnected. I called again [(888)226-0016] a few minutes after 9:00 AM and, once again, they said someone would contact me. It is nearly 10:45 AM and no called so I called them back.

Now it gets weird. The FB Tech asks me for my email address. Fine. Then he sends this to my email address — I suppose to confirm the accuracy of the address.

Next I reiterate that I WAS NOT HACKED. THAT WAS MY POST FROM A YEAR AGO. CHANGING MY FB PASSWORD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY FAKE “30 DAY” SUSPENSION FOR “ALLEGED” HATE SPEECH.

So next he asked me to open a new tab and type in “www.helpme.net” and here is the text from that webpage:

So I read the text and said to him:

“Why would I give you access to my Laptop, when what you really need to do is withdraw the “hate speech accusation” and let me access my Facebook Page. I see no reason for you to have direct access to my PC. Why would you need to do that?”

There was a brief pause on the line. Then he hung up on me. It is now 12:30 PM and I have not received any follow up call. So at the moment my right to free speech remains violated by FB. I am not happy about this.

Defending my post from a year ago:

=====
{This was the post in question — from basically a year ago}

(1) Why suddenly has FB accused me of hate speech for something I posted about a year ago? I know it was about a year ago because I was responding to an article that appeared in the Detroit Free Press in October of 2017. Is this an attempt to influence the 2018 Mid-term elections by censoring those of us that see the only meaningful “binary choice” is to support republican candidates in November? And unlike Russian influence allegations the proof is right in front of our eyes.

(2) “Actually they (a minority of Muslim supremacists that nearly define the term “toxic masculinity”) look at it much like the Greeks and Roman’s did: the guy getting it in the ass is gay, the guy sticking it in the ass is not.”

The fact of the matter is the large influx of Libyan immigrants, into Europe, has resulted in a huge increase in the gang rape of Non-Muslim women. This has been well documented, from London to Stockholm, despite the denouncement by globalist media. That is why Hungary, Italy, England and France are electing those that want this stopped. It is also largely why Trump won in 2016 and why England voted for Brexit. People feel that they are being invaded by fighting age Muslim men that ARE committing atrocities against Non-Muslim Women.

And my comparison of these Muslim Supremacists to Greek pedophiles is also accurate:

=====
The ancient Greeks did not conceive of sexual orientation as a social identifier as modern Western societies have done. Greek society did not distinguish sexual desire or behavior by the gender of the participants, but rather by the role that each participant played in the sex act, that of active penetrator or passive penetrated.[6] This active/passive polarization corresponded with dominant and submissive social roles: the active (penetrative) role was associated with masculinity, higher social status, and adulthood, while the passive role was associated with femininity, lower social status, and youth.[6]

Homosexuality in ancient Greece
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexuality_in_ancient_Greece
=====

And Child Marriage, pederasty and homosexual rape are common in many Muslim Countries. By no means am I saying all Muslims engage in this. But facts are facts as this article reports:

=====
Some Muslims are fond of condemning western morality – alcoholism, nudity, premarital sex and homosexuality often being cited as examples. But Muslims do not have a monopoly on morality. In the west, child marriages and sex with children are illegal. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for many Muslim countries.

I recently saw the documentary on the Dancing Boys of Afghanistan. It exposed an ancient custom called “bacha bazi” (boy for play), where rich men buy boys as young as 11 from impoverished families for sexual slavery. The boys are dressed in women’s clothes and made to dance and sing at parties, before being carted away by the men for sex. Owning boys is considered a symbol of status and one former warlord boasted of having up to 3,000 boys over a 20-year period, even though he was married, with two sons. The involvement of the police and inaction of the government means this form of child prostitution is widespread.

The moral hypocrisy is outrageous in a country where homosexuality is not only strictly forbidden but savagely punished, even between two consenting adults. However, men who sodomise young boys are not considered homosexuals or paedophiles. The love of young boys is not a phenomenon restricted to Afghanistan; homosexual pederasty is common in neighbouring Pakistan, too. In my view, repression of sexuality and extreme gender apartheid is to blame.

Child marriage and pederasty are tolerated in Muslim societies where homosexuality is strictly condemned (Sat 24 Apr 2010)
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2010/apr/25/middle-east-child-abuse-pederasty
=====

So that is my defense against FB accusing me of hate speech.

I am not condeming all Muslims.
I am not racist or Islamaphobic —
as I do not condemn all Muslims on the transgressions of a few. Like Martin Luther King I do try to judge each individual by the content of their character.

But FB has no right to censor me for 30 days — past the Mid Term Election — because I bring up a few inconvenient facts.

(1) There are a minority of Muslim Men that rape young boys, but who do not see themselves as gay. Fact.

(2) Child Marriage, pederasty and homosexual rape are common in many Muslim Countries. Fact.

Suspending my FB account for 30 days over something I said a year ago is highly suspect. Why now? Why do I have no recourse to challenge the accusation?

I do understand why Kavanaugh was so angry when falsely accused of “rape” and “sexual misconduct.” And I am equally angry that FB is falsely accusing me of “hate speech” when that is not the case.

Instead of Russian influence in our elections what we really need to investigate, and resolve, is the attempts by Big Tech (Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube etc.) to influence the 2018 Mid-Term elections by censoring those of us that oppose their Globalist Agenda. Our republic cannot sustain itself if our 1st Amendment Rights continue to be under siege.

The very reason our founders made Free Speech — the first Amendment to the US Constitution — is because our republic is predicated on our right to freely discuss the issues of the day. If we continue to allow Globalist Big Tech to violate that right our republic is put in peril. The solution is obvious to me. All the Globalist Big Tech Platforms must be reduced to the status of utilities. And just like the phone utilities cannot censor what you say on the phone the Big Tech Platforms should no longer be able to censor what you say on thier platforms. There should be few exceptions and there must be a mechanism to quickly review and challenge any suspension from their platforms. If that does not occur soon it seems we either accept our slave status or revert to the 2nd Amendment. And I don’t EVER want to see it go there. It should not be necessary in a free society. But if Big Tech continues along this path there may be no real alternative. And that would be a sad day for our republic.

Let me emphasize our current plight with a quote from our first President, George Washington.

=====
“For if Men are to be precluded from offering their Sentiments on a matter, which may involve the most serious and alarming consequences, that can invite the consideration of Mankind, reason is of no use to us; the freedom of Speech may be taken away, and, dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.”

George Washington, address to the officers of the army, Newburgh, New York (March 15, 1783); reported in John C. Fitzpatrick, ed, The Writings of George Washington (1938), vol. 26, p. 225.

I’m sorry but I have been trying to resolve this for the last 5 hours. The FB Techs hang up on me. And while I can see my FB page I am still suspended and unable to explain why this allegation of “hate speech” is an error.

In my 64 years I have never seen such an abridgment of our right to free speech. This should concern all of us. I have sent this message to a 3rd party so they can share it on FB. I encourage everyone that reads this article to repost this widely. What FB is doing is wrong and it must stop.

The New Peaceful Pot Head Revolution: Or, Why I’m Going To Infiltrate The Democrats & Run As One Of Them

Cris Ericson

By CrisEricson2016 | Fri, February 26 2016

S.241 Vermont marijuana Bill does NOT make marijuana legal like alcoholic beverages: (1) because you can brew your own alcoholic beverage at home in Vermont, and this bill does NOT allow you to plant a seed in the ground and grow your own marijuana at home; (2) because the state government does not raid your home and count your cans of beer, but in the new Bill, S. 241, the state will raid your home and count every single seed you have, or have planted, and send you to prison if you are not one of the chosen few to pay a high price for and receive a license to commercially grow and sell marijuana.
S.241 was written for the express purpose of making the rich even richer, and sending the poor to prison for the benefit of the private-for-profit prison industry.

PUBLIC NOTICE to DEMOCRATIC PARTY in VERMONT

I live in the area of Windsor County just north of Windham County, and there are a lot of low income people who will be devastated by S. 241 proposed marijuana bill because when marijuana is legal, they will be tempted, but they can NOT afford to pay for it.

Until marijuana is legal to grow your own at home for your own personal use, without the government prying on your private property to count your plants, I will continue to campaign for legalization.
Because the Democratic Party has taken over the issue of marijuana legalization, whereas I started it in 2002, the first time I was on the ballot for Governor, I will run in the Democratic Primary this election season to off-set the injustice being brought down on low income Vermonters.

The whole current marijuana bill is intended to make a few farmers and Lounge merchants vastly wealthy, while the tax dollars will be spent hounding and stalking poor people and threatening them if they so much as plant one seed.

Did you know this is how the American Revolution began?

The King decided that one company could sell Tea, he made one company a monopoly.
So, the Settlers dressed up as Indians and dumped the Tea into Boston Harbor.
If Peter Shumlin gets his way and does the equivalent of allowing monopolies, allowing only a few businesses to farm marijuana and sell marijuana, then you are inciting a riot, you may be inciting the next Boston Tea Party, only it might be tons of marijuana dumped into Lake Champlain off the Ferry.

If I lose the Democratic Primary, I will be on the ballot for the General Election for the Marijuana Party, of course.

This is a battle of the rich against the poor, and the Democratic Party is in conspiracy with Governor Peter Shumlin to extort money from people for marijuana, rather than allowing them to plant a seed in the ground and grow their own.

Also, of course, your conspiracy with Peter Shumlin includes violating federal marijuana laws; and I might start a group to file an action directly with the Supreme Court of the United States which is allowed when a State law violates the U.S. Constitution – and I think we might have a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution guarantee of equal rights under the law: how can you possibly think it is alright for one man to profit growing marijuana, while another man may be imprisoned for the same thing?

And, in keeping with the Spirit of the American Revolution, you must know you are violating the U.S. Constitution in conspiracy with Peter Shumlin for making laws that require someone else, other than an elected official, to make rules and regulations to use the tax dollars collected;  that is clearly taxation without representation.

We, the people of America, demand reform of ; Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children

Among Bevin’s campaign pledges was that he would reform the cabinet’s social services agency.

KENTUCKY REPRESENTATIVE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND ANNOUNCEMENT LETTER / ALL STATE PARTICIPATION. Copy and paste letter to email addresses listed below; Bulk email dump at bottom of page for one letter bulk sending.

We, the people of America, demand reform of ; Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children & Family Law courtrooms. I request of your office the following;

1. Implement removal of Abusers, not children from Family units.

2. Remove Immunity for Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children workers.

3. Restructure Family Law court into budget cutting mediation forums of two party negotiations.

4. Redirect Family Law Criminal allegations into Criminal court.

5. Restrict Judges and various interpretations of Family Law codes to abuse either party.

6. End Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children abuse and Family Law abuse against the people of Kentucky. We demand an end to wasteful spending on agencies devastating families financially.

7 Allow a Jury trial in Termination of Parental Rights Cases

8. Amend or repeal that law that allows for children being removed due to disability and termination of rights without working towards reunification.

9. Release records upon request without redaction and revamp the Ombudsman to process the complaints in a timely and proper manner.

10. Revamp Foster Care Review boards as originally spelled out in CAPTA.

I cite the cases of ;

Pike Co. Circuit Judge Steve Combs DUI,

Garrard Co. Judge Ronnie Lane Drug trafficking,

Russell Co. Judge R. Maricle illegally distributing prescription drugs,

Judge Charles Huffman Extortion,

Russell Co. Judge Executive Kent Clark, Alcohol related charges,

Judge Executive Joe Grieshop charged with third-degree burglary; theft of items valued at over $10,000; 10 counts of retaliating against participants in a legal process; and one count of official misconduct,

Knox Co. Judge executive Raymond Smith(deceased)Attempted murder of Robin Smith, Murder of Mychael Smith and Micheal Smith,

Warren Co. Judge Margaret Huddleston DUI,

Marshall Co. Judge Executive Mike Miller, False entry/unauthorized act, .

This partial list of neglect of office, unethical professional conduct and evidence of failure within the Judicial branch of Kentucky. We strongly oppose Judges overseeing Families in crisis in the Family law division.

I cite the case of the failure of Kentucky Cabinet of Families and Children in protecting a nine year old, Amy from her adoptive siblings, known to have history in sexual abuse and undisclosed by the KCFC prior to the adoption. Problems were reported to indicate the adoptive parent, Kimberly Dye desire to ‘return’ the adopted girl shortly before her death This was an enormous failure of several to ignore all the warning signs of this broken adoptive home. While we acknowledge review and actions were taken as the result of the death of this girl, we feel more can be done to insure the safety of children seized and accountability by this agency.

We know there is rampant corruption in the government offices of Child services and Family law. This is a national epidemic of criminal activity within the programs, courtrooms and agencies that are bankrupting the American Families. We demand reform and strict laws on government seats of power placed with the power of office to seize children, financially destroy individuals, and racketeering to conceal internal corruption within our state and federal offices.

End legal abuse by Judges and Lawyers by instituting forums for successful dissolution/custody between spouses with guidelines without ruling Judges or lawyers. Enforce penalty of perjury, redirect criminal actions in Family Law to the Criminal courts. Remove immunity for Judges operating outside the rule of law. Reform Child services to an efficient team of child crime investigators and not our out dated model of Child protective services.

We, the people, unite and demand reform of CPS agencies and Family Law practices. We, the people, take back our rights to protect our children and families.

From the Upcoming Special Activist Issue of Cannabis Culture Magazine, March-April, #65.

Howdy Folks! My name is Gatewood Galbraith.

My running mate Mark Wireman and I are candidates for the May 2007 Democratic Party Primary; I’m seeking nomination for Governor of Kentucky, and he for Lieutenant Governor. Of course, the winner of the battle between Democrats then faces a Republican in the Fall 2007 Kentucky General Election.

I have run for Governor of Kentucky three times. Twice, in the Democratic Primaries in 1991 and 1995, the Party froze me out because I championed cannabis as a cash crop for our farmers. In 1999, I ran as the Reform Party candidate in the November General Election and received 15.3 percent of the vote – after Jesse Ventura, Ross Perot, and Bernie Sanders, it was the best showing of any third Party candidate in America for the past 50 years. My last statewide race was in 2003 as an Independent for Attorney General. I received 110,00 votes (10 percent) despite the fact that I only went to 12 of our 120 counties and spent less then $20,000. (That’s 40 percent of the votes I need to win this 2007 Primary.) Everyone who heard our message of personal privacy, education, and self-determination supported it, but we simply weren’t able to adequately fund the effort. We must not allow that to happen this time.

I rejoined the Democratic Party in 2006 because the current Republican Governor has been such a disappointment (he was indicted!) that the smart money says the Democrat nominee will be the next Governor. The leadership of Kentucky’s Democratic Party is up in the air given the failures of the past, so should Mark and I win this Primary, we would resurrect the Democratic Party to once again be the voice of the People.

Ours is a multi-issue campaign focusing on Issues and Solutions. The “Issues” in Kentucky are poverty and illiteracy. In the past six years, Kentucky has gone from being the 10th poorest state to being 6th poorest. We have lost $2,100 in median income during those same six years ($36,400 annual average to $34,300). That’s going backwards, folks! But it’s not hard to see why: in 1991, over 68 percent of our state budget was for Education; in 2006, it was 60 percent. At the same time, we have added thousands of prison cells throughout the state and call it “growing the economy”. Our politicians would rather imprison us than educate us! What farce this War on Drugs has been!

We have “Solutions” for these problems. Immediately, and until the laws are changed, cannabis should be the lowest priority of law enforcement with no arrests for possession. As soon as possible, I would like to see it decriminalized. Citizens arrested for “hard” drugs should be treated for their addiction, not imprisoned. We must educate our children – not only in the scholastic sense, but also about their freedoms and their duties as citizens to defend them. Our nation is being “dumbed down” about how the American Revolution sought to give individuals the tools of a Constitutional form of government to allow them to remain free. We need to re-ignite the American Revolution by taking the reins of government from the hands of the special interests and returning them to We, the People.

To encourage education I propose the Commonwealth Incentive, whereby every High School graduate in Kentucky gets a $5,000 voucher for books, tuition and fees at any institution of further learning within Kentucky – be it truck-driving school, cosmetology, electronics training, vocational training, community colleges or the University of Kentucky. No spending on pizza, rent, beer or other creature comforts; money is only spent when the student decides what they want to learn, and where they want to learn it, encouraging young people to stay in school. This should also attract vocational schools to the state. We also believe it should be mandatory that students in grades 4 through 12 should take mandatory civics and American Government courses – the current system is failing to truly educate out youth about our US history, rights, voting, politicians, and democracy! As for the environment, which our young people also need: we support tax incentives for our existing state industries to establish and maintain state-of-the-art environmental compliance with all regulations.

These and other facets of our platform and positions are expressed in my autobiography, The Last Free Man in America: Meets The Synthetic Subversion, available online at Amazon.com or by contacting us. It recounts my efforts over the past 35 years to change the cannabis laws and my friendships with Jack Herer, Marc Emery, and Willie Nelson (among many others). Willie has done three benefit concerts for me; he and I appeared on the front and back covers of the January 1991 issue of High Times. That was when I introduced Willie to biofuels. I drove my hemp oil fueled Mercedes across Kentucky as part of my campaign, the first time in 50 years that an automobile powered by hemp oil had traveled on a US highway. Now Willie is leading the biofuel pack with WN biodiesel. What a guy! I tell you all this because freedom loving people everywhere – and particularly my favorites, the cannabis community – should be aware that my election in this year’s campaign would be a giant step toward positive change not only in Kentucky where the benefits will be immediate, but nationwide as the effects of our changes become apparent.

Because the two largest newspapers and various other media in Kentucky have boycotted me in the past, we anticipate that they will do so again in this race. Therefore, we must raise sufficient finances to air our message by traditional means, to mount a winning campaign. We ask for your support in the form of a contribution; $100 is less than the court costs of speeding tickets in many states, so $100 spent towards actually changing laws is money well directed. If you can send $1,000 (the maximum allowable), we will be greatly honored, as we will be by donations of any amount. We can’t accept cash, but please send your check or money order to: Galbraith for Governor, P.O. Box 1438, Lexington, Kentucky 40588. We need your name, address, occupation and telephone number. You can also contribute online at Gatewood.com. (Election laws prevent Canadians or other foreigners from making donations to American campaigns so, unfortunately, we can only accept money from US citizens.)

Folks, I know you are aware of others who may have run for public office on the cannabis issue alone, but this campaign is much more extensive than that. Cannabis is a forefront matter in this race because it is interwoven with other real issues Americans and Kentuckians face in modern day-to-day life. No other candidate of our persuasion has more command of these other issues than I do, which makes me qualified to be Governor. All we lack right now is the funding and public support, and I’m asking you to please pitch in. God Bless You All.

The Science of Toxicology and U.I. or "Under the Influence and/or Intoxication?" of Cannabis/Marijuana and D.O.A. Drug Testing

Picture

The Official Court Documents that I present to you below here, {THIS ONE TIME, FOR FREE = this offer will not last and is for a limited amount of time = THIS SET OF DOCUMENTS WILL GO MISSING AND A FEE WILL BE CHARGED LATER FOR THIS INFORMATION} The following Documents were presented, accepted and registered by the Criminal or Courts as “Evidence” as they were listed by the Kentucky Courts in a case I recently Advocated in on behalf of James E. Coleman.
Are in fact, the PROOF, that Cannabis/Marijuana/Hemp or Unspecified levels of Cannabinoids are natural within the human body and that their presence or levels or “analytical threshold” combined with the fact that this test measures “no quantification of a specific compound” in the blood, are proof, there has been no measure of  intoxication, performed by this test where cannabiniods are concerned and that this test can not show toxicity.
According to this Expert Witness.
Therefore they are unable to test levels for intoxication as they claim is claimed by the manufacture of the test and/or Law Enforcement in U.I. charges or related cases. These documented facts apply to the Test it’s self given and the Cannabinoid levels… Therefore apply to all these D.O.A. = “Drug of Abuse” Blood Serum U.I. Test used by Law Enforcement and Not the Individual. As these facts apply to all humans and all these Test.

We have to just say “NO” to drug testing…

January 14, 2014

Sheree Krider

While sitting here thinking of my friends in pain who are trapped into slavery thru the Corporations they work for via “workplace drug testing”…who are condemned to use ONLY narcotics via the pharmaceutical industrial complex via so called “pain clinic’s” and doctors who are trapped in the prescribing business AND the drug screening business, which is equal to drug trafficking via legal means,

I am wondering why,

just why not say NO!

*The Feds cannot force you to take a drug test for employmentThey can and do force drug testing upon “pain patients” and parolees which is another issue of it’s own.

This is done by the Corporations themselves.  Insurance Companies are involved  as well of course the Corporations who make the “testing kits” and at the same time they are making “pass your drug test kits” which people run out and buy in order to succumb to the Industrial and Insurance related Complex.

WE HAVE TO JUST SAY NO…

Our Father’s and Grandfather’s went to war and lost their lives for our freedom by the thousands, and I could start a whole new issue on that subject alone, but I will save that for another day.

GATEWOOD GALBRAITH SPEECH

The question here is are we willing to consume less to have more freedom?

We can effectively turn the prohibition around and “prohibit” them from invading our privacy, and entering our property without a search warrant, (symbolically), just by refusing or saying NO to their test.

I have never passed a drug test for Cannabis/Marijuana.

I also have never failed one for any other non-prescribed drug.

Do not worry about passing your next drug test.

DO start looking for other ways and means of making an income such as working for small privately owned companies which are few and far between but do still exist.  You can also sub-contract yourself, or work independently.

If you are lucky enough that you have already obtained a job and passed your drug test then just hope like hell you don’t get picked on too soon.

If you have not found a job yet, then DO NOT work for a company which is telling you that you must succumb to “random drug testing” or “pre-employment drug testing”.

This could effectively be a type of “civil disobedience” which is actually legal to do.  Again, “just say no” to drug testing.

If EVERYONE followed this one rule, it would not take long for  “drug testing” to disappear much like the “inspection stickers” for vehicles in the 1980’s did in Kentucky when everyone was so poor they could not afford to make their vehicles pass the test.  Eventually  they gave up and ended it.  (Just imagine what would happen if all these people could not pay their electric bill for one month.  It is true that you would not have electric for that period of time but it is also true that the electric company would not be getting near as much income for that period of time).  Most people CAN survive without electric for a month.  That has been proven by the people themselves who have suffered loss due to storms, etc.,

If you are unemployable you have a reason to file for disability.  Not that you will be approved, but just think of the paperwork put upon the SSA if everyone that failed a drug test filed for disability.  And then when they do not approve it, appeal the decision.  You can keep them “dancing” for a while – just depends upon how far you want to take it.

If they DO NOT end the drug testing at that point it could cause even more black market businesses to appear just for the fact that they can’t fill the Industrial Complex with legal worker’s.

The Industrial Complex cannot afford to loose it’s slaves so therefore I do not think it would take too long to accomplish the goal of ending “drug testing” policies.

And just like everything else the poorest of the people will be the one’s affected the most in this decision and have to suffer the “worse” before it gets better.

BECAUSE, they do not drug test politicians nor doctors or lawyers….

I guess it comes down to the sad fact whether or not you want to have freedom and live on beans and soup, or be a slave and eat commercial hamburgers.

I do not want to suggest that everyone absent mindedly quit their jobs tomorrow with no plans on how to sustain themselves.  However, making alternative plans for an income is always a good idea regardless.

This has been “something to think about” ,

*According to Henriksson, the anti-drug appeals of the Reagan administration “created an environment in which many employers felt compelled to implement drug testing programs because failure to do so might be perceived as condoning drug use. This fear was easily exploited by aggressive marketing and sales forces, who often overstated the value of testing and painted a bleak picture of the consequences of failing to use the drug testing product or service being offered.”[36] On March 10, 1986, the Commission on Organized Crime asked all U.S. companies to test employees for drug use. By 1987, nearly 25% of the Fortune 500 companies used drug tests.[37]

**THC and its major (inactive) metabolite, THC-COOH, can be measured in blood, urine, hair, oral fluid or sweat using chromatographic techniques as part of a drug use testing program or a forensic investigation of a traffic or other criminal offense.[91] The concentrations obtained from such analyses can often be helpful in distinguishing active use from passive exposure, elapsed time since use, and extent or duration of use.

***Drug testing in order for potential recipients to receive welfare has become an increasingly controversial topic.
